Return Policies

 

 

In-person Sales:

If the customer made and collected the purchase in person or viewed the product physically and then requested shipping, the item is not eligible for return or exchange due to buyer’s remorse. A return or exchange will only be possible if previously agreed upon and documented in writing between Daliro Notebooks and the customer.

 

Online or Phone Sales:

The customer has 10 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request a return or exchange. To be valid, the product must be unused and in 100% new condition, exactly as originally delivered.

 

Returns or Exchanges Due to Defects:

If the product has a factory hardware defect (not due to misuse, software issues, driver or operating system incompatibilities), the customer may request an exchange or refund within the first 10 calendar days of delivery.

 

After 10 days, for any failure, the product cannot be returned or exchanged and the corresponding warranty must be used.

 

Important:

If the warranty provider offers to repair the defect, the customer cannot demand a replacement or refund, in accordance with Article 1057 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code (CCCN).

 


 

 

Product Warranties

 

 

All products sold by Daliro Notebooks include two types of warranties:

 

Factory warranty, provided directly by the manufacturer.

Supplementary warranty, offered by Daliro Notebooks according to Consumer Protection Law No. 24.240.

 

Warranty Features:

 

• They are two independent warranties, unrelated to each other.

• Daliro Notebooks warranty period:

• 12 months for notebooks.

• 6 months for other products.

 

The Daliro Notebooks warranty is exclusively serviced by our certified technicians in Buenos Aires (CABA).

Transport within CABA is free of charge for the customer.

Important:

Daliro Notebooks is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or fulfillment of the factory warranty. The factory warranty is solely the responsibility of the manufacturer.

 


 

 

Warranty Conditions

 

 

• The equipment must not have been tampered with, opened, or handled by anyone outside Daliro Notebooks.

• All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be preserved.

• Products must be accompanied by the original invoice at the time of warranty request.

• Failures caused by misuse, impacts, humidity, power surges, or malware are not covered.

• Products with tampered or removed warranty labels will not be covered.

 


 

 

Warranty Procedure

 

 

• The technical service will evaluate the equipment within 10 business days from receipt.

• If a failure covered by the warranty is detected, the product will be repaired or replaced if repair is not possible.

• If replacement is not feasible, a credit note or refund will be issued based on the current market value.

 


 

 

Final Reminder

 

 

Customers are free to choose between the warranty offered by Daliro Notebooks or the manufacturer’s warranty.

Once the customer chooses to use the manufacturer’s or a third-party warranty, Daliro Notebooks holds no further responsibility for the product.

If the product is opened or handled by third parties, Daliro Notebooks’ warranty becomes void.
