These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of the Site and any commercial relationships arising from it.
“User” refers to any person who visits the Site, whether or not they have completed a registration or identification process.
Acceptance and Validity
By using the Site, the User acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. For any purchase or contract, the User also agrees to the warranty and return policies available at www.dalironotebooks.com.
These Terms and Conditions will remain in effect as long as they are published on the Site. Daliro Notebooks reserves the right to modify them at any time. Any changes become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of those modifications.

The Site is a virtual platform through which any registered User can access offers and purchase available products, under the stated conditions.

Anyone who does not accept these Terms and Conditions must refrain from using the Site.
Legal Capacity
Only individuals with legal capacity to contract under the laws of the Republic of Argentina may make purchases through the Site. Transactions made by individuals without legal capacity will be the responsibility of their legal representatives.
Payment Methods
The accepted payment methods are detailed at www.dalironotebooks.com and may be changed without prior notice.
Daliro Notebooks does not store credit card or banking information. Transactions are processed through secure third-party services such as MercadoPago and banking institutions.
The User releases Daliro Notebooks from any liability arising from payment processing issues.
Purchases – Stock
All purchases made through the Site are subject to stock availability.
The User acknowledges that due to simultaneous operations, a product may become unavailable at the time of purchase completion.
In such cases, Daliro Notebooks will notify the User and offer:
• The option to wait for availability,
• Exchange for an alternative product,
• Or request a refund.
If the User does not respond within 10 days, the purchase will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Availability, Prices, and Payment Methods
Products and prices published on the Site are valid only for purchases within Argentina.
Prices may change without notice, but the confirmed purchase price will always be honored.
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation
The User may cancel an order as long as it has not yet been shipped, by sending an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase.
If canceled, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method or credited for future purchases.
Right of Withdrawal
The User may exercise the right of withdrawal within ten (10) calendar days from the product’s delivery, in accordance with Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24.240.
To do so, the User must:
• Notify Daliro Notebooks via email ([email protected]) within the stated timeframe,
• Return the product in the same condition it was received: unused, with its original packaging and documentation.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the User.
Refunds will be issued once the product is received and its condition verified.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges can be requested within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date.
Exchanges for the same product are only allowed in the case of a manufacturing defect.
To arrange returns or exchanges, the User must contact [email protected].
The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the purchase invoice.
Used, damaged, incomplete products or those lacking original documentation will not be accepted.
Defective Product Returns
In case of defective products or shipping errors, the User must contact Daliro Notebooks within seven (7) business days of delivery at [email protected].
Daliro Notebooks will evaluate the claim and, if applicable, will arrange:
• Product replacement,
• Repair,
• Or a refund.
The evaluation and resolution process will not exceed thirty (30) business days.
Product Delivery – Delivery Time
Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the User during purchase.
Daliro Notebooks is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the User.
Delivery time depends on:
• Stock availability,
• Payment method approval,
• The recipient’s geographic location.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., excluding national holidays.
Upon confirming a purchase, the User will receive an email with the confirmation and order number.
Delays due to weather, logistics, or force majeure will be communicated to the User.
If the estimated delivery time cannot be met, Daliro Notebooks will offer the User:
• A new delivery date,
• Or cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid.
Failed Deliveries
If the order cannot be delivered after two attempts, Daliro Notebooks will coordinate a new attempt.
If it fails again due to reasons attributable to the User, it will be considered a withdrawal from the purchase, and only the product amount will be refunded (not the shipping costs).
Force Majeure
Daliro Notebooks will not be liable for failures or delays due to causes beyond its control, such as:
• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms),
• Strikes or labor disputes,
• Government restrictions,
• Telecommunication or transport failures.
During such events, contractual obligations will be suspended, and timeframes extended accordingly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be communicated to the User before completing the purchase and will appear as a separate item on the invoice.
Shipping fees may vary based on:
• Weight,
• Volume,
• Delivery address.
Daliro Notebooks reserves the right to update shipping rates without prior notice.
Delivery Time and Location
Deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the User.
Delivery hours are Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Order Status Inquiry
The User can inquire about the status of their order by sending an email to [email protected] with the order number.
Assignment of Rights and Obligations
The User may not assign their rights or obligations without prior written consent from Daliro Notebooks.
Daliro Notebooks may assign its rights and obligations freely without affecting the User’s rights.
Waiver
Failure by Daliro Notebooks to exercise any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such rights.
Partial Nullity
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between the User and Daliro Notebooks regarding the use of the Site.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina.
Any disputes will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
